Shop terms and conditions

These terms and conditions cover ordering any items from Lymphoma Action, through our online shop or otherwise. These terms should be read alongside, and are in addition to, our privacy policy and website terms and conditions


To order items, browse our online shop and add the required items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account which will include your email address address so we can send the items to you. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email. 

Our online shop and order fulfillment is handled by BCQ Group on behalf of Lymphoma Action. BCQ Group also provide our online payment system. We accept online payments by debit or credit debit card. Lymphoma Action does not handle or store your card information. 


As a UK charity we deliver as standard to the UK only. Delivery elsewhere will be decided on a case by case basis – please email with your request.

For items that incur a delivery cost, this will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the items and will be the lowest cost method available. If all of the items you request are free then we will not charge for delivery.

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays.

To see the status of your order, log into the online shop and click Orders in the menu .You will be able to see the order status up to the point when it is dispatched - we are unable to show tracking information after dispatch.

If you have any queries about delivery, please contact us via or 01296 619400 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please include your order reference number.

Out of stock items 

If an item is out of stock our system will not allow you to place an order for it. The item will be placed into the ‘save for later’ list in your shopping cart, and if you are logged in you will be able to order it from that list when it is back in stock.


We will accept returns of purchased items within 7 working days of receipt. We do not accept returns of items provided free.

To return item(s) firstly contact us via or 01296 619400 to agree the return. Then please return the item(s) to the following address: Lymphoma Action, Unit 3, Bell Business Park, Smeaton Close, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8JR. You will be liable for the postage costs. On receipt of the items, we will refund the purchase price of the items only. It is accepted that packaging may have been opened, but the items must not have been used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are packaged appropriately to protect them on the return journey. Any damage caused due to a failure to do this will be deducted from any refund due. Used items will not be refunded.
