Active monitoring
For people with a diagnosis of lymphoma who are waiting to start active treatment. Meetings are on the first Thursday of the month at 7.30pm or the fourth Wednesday at 4pm.
Our support meetings provide a safe, confidential place where people affected by lymphoma can share their experience, express their thoughts and feelings, gain insight from connecting with others, and get support and information.
Our range of specialised and general support meetings for people affected by different types or experiences of lymphoma all take place monthly via Zoom. If you're aged 18 or over, resident in the UK and affected by lymphoma, you're welcome to register. Please look at the eligibility criteria for the different meetings and then choose one meeting to join.
Our support meetings are made possible by contributions from our many wonderful supporters. We would also like to thank Bristol Myers Squibbs, Roche and Therakos for providing funding. As per our policy, they have had no influence over its design, delivery or content. Find out more about how we work with healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.

Support meetings are hosted on Zoom, last an hour and follow a common structure, including time for everyone to share their experience and feelings about life with lymphoma.
Meetings are facilitated by Lymphoma Action staff and trained volunteer Online Support Facilitators, who will listen, seek to understand your experience and help address any questions or worries you have. Most support meetings include information about issues of interest and the Charity’s other services and events.
"We have just finished today's online support meeting. Once again, I found it so very helpful to talk and listen to others with similar experiences. It's supportive, refreshing, reassuring and informative every time"
