Your volunteering achievements
In previous years...
- We held our first online recognition event on Monday 6 June 2022, where we launched our new awards and commendations alongside other recognition initiatives. Our Director of Services, Dallas, hosted the event and presented 128 service awards and 32 outstanding commendations.
- Our second recognition event was held on Monday 5 June 2023 and was hosted by broadcaster Emma Forbes and journalist and author Sarah Standing, who have been personally affected by lymphoma. Hear more from our hosts by listening to their episode in our Lymphoma Voices podcast series here. There were 23 service awards and 7 outstanding commendations presented.
Every presentation I give about our services, I say the word ‘volunteer’ dozens of times, because everywhere there is Lymphoma Action, there are volunteers like you. We could not do what we do as well as we do it without all of you.
