We know that a lymphoma diagnosis can be overwhelming, and combined with the challenges that this year has brought, it is so important that we don’t forget to look after our mental health and wellbeing. Our website has a host of information about the emotional impact of living with lymphoma, and how to look after your wellbeing throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We have also created a number of wellbeing videos for people affected by lymphoma, ranging from support on the challenges and changes that a blood cancer diagnosis can present, through to advice on diet and nutrition, and keeping physically active.  

Our Information and Support team are here to offer emotional support or a listening ear to anyone affected by lymphoma, whether they have been given a diagnosis themselves or are supporting a loved one.
