We're supporting the charity Self Care Forum in the Self Care Week from 14 to 20 November. The theme of this year's initiative is 'exercise self care for life'. Self Care Forum aim to raise awareness of the ways in which people can improve their mental health and physical wellbeing.
Taking good care of yourself is vital to overall health and wellbeing. This includes taking physical activity, eating well, managing stress and getting enough sleep and rest.

- You can access our emotional wellbeing toolkit resources for information, tips and techniques to improve your emotional wellbeing.
- Our Live your Life self-management course is designed for people who have recently finished treatment or are on active monitoring (watch and wait). It aims to help you adapt and to find your ‘new normal’.
