It’s Student Volunteering Week, a national campaign celebrating the time and support that students give through volunteering. Our volunteers are the reason we can provide many of the services we do, and there are many benefits to volunteering for students. It promotes wellbeing through having a sense of purpose and connecting with others and is a great choice to improve employability by gaining new skills and experiences.

Our Community Volunteer role gives you the opportunity to help in your local area through things like attending events or displaying our information. With plenty of opportunities both in-person and online, it offers lots of flexibility to fit around studying and other commitments.

For students who want to volunteer on a more casual basis, micro-volunteering can be done anywhere at any time, even on a mobile! Carry out quick activities to spread awareness of the Charity and lymphoma in a matter of minutes.

If you’re interested in volunteering, find out more about how to get involved or email us with any questions at volunteering@lymphoma-action.org.uk. No matter the time you can give, your support makes a real difference to people affected by lymphoma.
