We're here to support you however you're affected by lymphoma.

Contact us for support

Having a diagnosis of lymphoma can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're concerned about symptoms, new to lymphoma or you have been living with the condition for a while, you may have questions or concerns, or maybe you'd just like to talk things through with someone who understands. Perhaps you are a carer, family member or friend of someone with the condition, and you are looking for ways to help, as well as support for yourself.

Helpline

If you would like to talk to someone by phone, our helpline offers information and support to anyone affected by lymphoma. The helpline is confidential and caller-led- you can call us without giving your name, and you decide what you’d like to talk about. We don’t give advice and we don’t tell you what to do. It is your call and we’re here to listen and support you.

Our helpline number is freephone 0808 808 5555, and is open from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. This is a freephone number from both UK mobile and landlines. Outside of these hours, you can leave a message and we'll call you back when the helpline is open.

Speak to us in your own language

If you would prefer to speak to us in a language other than English, we use Language Line (an interpreting service) so that you can speak to us in another language. There is no charge for you to use this service. Read more about Language Line.

Live Chat

Our Live Chat instant messaging service allows you to chat to us in real-time through our website. Live Chat is available 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, whenever you see the ‘Live Chat’ icon in the bottom right side of your browser window. Just click the icon and type to talk to us. If you would like to get in touch with us by email, please contact information@lymphoma-action.org.uk  We aim to get back to you within five working days. If you’d like a more urgent reply, you can contact us through our freephone helpline or by Live Chat.

Our helpline services (phone, Live Chat and email) are available to anyone in the UK. There is no age limit to these services.
