Welcome to our online services and support.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are not able to run our usual face-to-face events. However, we are developing a series of online services and support to keep you connected during this challenging time.

Join our online support meetings

Our online support meetings provide opportunities for people to share experiences and mutual support. They are hosted through Zoom, usually on a monthly basis, and last an hour.

Attend a Live your Life self-management workshop

Our self-management workshops are designed for people who have finished treatment or are on active monitoring ('watch and wait'). They aim to help you to take control, improve your wellbeing and quality of life. The workshops are run as one-day, interactive online workshops.

Our other services

Alongside our online services, we have many other ways to inform and support you.

  • Our Helpline Services offer you the opportunity to speak to us by phone, email or Live Chat (via the website)
  • Our Buddy Service aims to put you in contact with a Buddy who has been through a similar experience, for support.
  • Our Lymphoma Matters magazine gives you the latest news about lymphoma, as well as sharing personal stories and details of our services. You can access copies online, or sign up to be sent copies in the post.
  • We have a range of wellbeing videos that cover various aspects of your medical, physical and emotional wellbeing.

There are a number of organisations that offer support around wellbeing, mental health and loneliness.


Webinars from other organisations

CLL Support are running a number of live webinars in 2021 on SLL (small lymphocytic lymphoma) and CLL (chronic lymphocytic leukaemia), including the impact of COVID-19. You can find full details on the CLL Support website.

Forthcoming dates for 2021 are:

  • 22 April - How genetics may have influenced your CLL/SLL - Dr David Allsup, senior lecturer in haematology, Hull York Medical School and honorary NHS consultant in haematology, Hull University Teaching Hospital Trust and Prof James Allan, Professor of Cancer Genetics, Newcastle Centre for Cancer.
