Living with lymphoma can have an impact on your life in many ways including on your physical, social, spiritual, and psychological or emotional health. Our Online Support Meetings are a safe place to connect with others, share experiences and find valuable support.

Our next Special Focus Support Meeting is on Tuesday 22 November at 6.30pm and the topic will be on Mindfulness. As well as a talk from Consultant Psychotherapist Sean Orford, there will be a guided mindfulness session.

Mindfulness aims to help you be in the present moment. It encourages you to pay attention to your physical surroundings, to how your body feels and to thoughts as they come in and out of your mind. There is some evidence that mindfulness has positive effects on the psychological wellbeing in people with cancer, particularly with pain, anxiety and depression.

Anyone affected by lymphoma, including carers are welcome to join this special focus meeting and can register here. Or if you can’t attend and would like to find out more about how to support your emotional wellbeing, you can find resources and information on our website
