Today is International Microvolunteering Day #Microday and we’re celebrating by launching micro-volunteering activities that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home.

What is micro-volunteering?

It’s short, specific activities that are quick to start and complete, and will make a big difference to our work as we inform, support and connect people affected by lymphoma.

There’s no commitment and no sign-up process, which means you can take part at any time and at your own convenience. Activities usually take up to a maximum of around 30 minutes.

Whether it’s helping us spread the word about lymphoma, reviewing our information or getting creative, take a look at the ways you can get involved.

We love the idea that people can make a difference in a matter of minutes through our new micro-volunteering opportunity. Whether someone chooses to take part in one or a few short and specific activities, the time they give all adds up to helping us raise awareness of lymphoma and our services that support many people affected.
