Changes to our services

Many of our services are continuing throughout the coronavirus pandemic, although there are some changes to how some services are running.

Contact us for support - how we can help

Although we can’t give medical advice about your own situation, we can offer a listening ear and general information about lymphoma.

We understand that this is a very difficult time and many people are feeling worried and anxious. If you’d like to talk, contact our Helpline Services on freephone 0808 808 5555 from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, or via Live Chat through our website. You can also email

We are experiencing a much higher volume of calls and emails than usual, so it might take us longer to reply to messages. If you can’t get through first time, please keep trying.

Lymphoma Action Support Groups

Our face-to-face Support Groups are not able to run at the current time. However, we are working to bring you more online Support Group meetings, and other ways to connect digitally. In the meantime, you can see our list of Support Groups, and express your interest in an online group here.

Lymphoma Action Support UK - Facebook group

Following on from the strong sense of community that our Support Groups provide, we have launched a new UK-wide closed Facebook group. We hope it will provide emotional and practical peer support for anyone affected by lymphoma and connect them with others who understand. The group aims to be supportive and uplifting, whilst recognising people may be going through a difficult time. To join the group, you can search for ‘Lymphoma Action Support UK’ on Facebook and click join.

Live your Life self-management workshops

Our in-person self-management workshops are currently on hold. However, we are currently developing ways to bring these workshops to an online platform. Check our Live your Life digital page for updates.

Wellbeing videos

We have developed a number of new videos that focus on wellbeing issues - such as including how to tie a headscarf, five simple seated rejuvenating stretches, and on skincare and make-up.

Watch our wellbeing videos.
