Published on: 23 February 2024

A campaign demonstrating the need for helplines and the impact they have on people’s lives.

Person talking on the phone

Friday 23 February sees the return of the second annual Helplines Awareness Day, launched in 2023 by the Helplines Partnership. The campaign aims to share stories from individuals who have used helplines, and organisations who run them in order to promote the work of these important services and how they help people through some of the most difficult of times.

This Helpline Awareness Day, we wanted to share the types of things you may like to talk to us about if you are affected by lymphoma. Our Helpline Service team can be contacted by phone, Live Chat or email and offer trusted information about lymphoma such as what it is, how it may be affecting you, treatments and living with the condition. They can also offer emotional support and a listening ear if you want to talk with someone in confidence.

I didn't know what to expect when I called but I am so glad that I did. Thank you very much.

We're here to support you however you're affected by lymphoma, whether you have received a diagnosis yourself or are a family member, friend or carer of someone with the condition. Perhaps you are concerned about symptoms, are new to lymphoma or have been living with the condition for a while and would like to talk things through with someone.

Whatever your connection to lymphoma, we’re here for you.
