Live your Life mini course

The Live your Life mini course is an on-demand course designed to help you feel more confident to take control of your ‘new normal’. This course consists of five videos (and accompanying PDF workbook).

The videos cover the five modules of our Live your Life workshops with the aim to help you feel supported and empowered to manage your condition. Although it doesn’t offer any interaction with others in a similar situation, it does allow you to access the content at a time that is convenient for you. You can watch all the videos at once, or over a few sessions, it's your choice.

If you would like to access the mini course, please complete the registration form below. You will then be sent an email with a link to a pre-course survey. Once you have complete the survey you will be given the link and password for the course.

Please note that we will contact you a few weeks after registering for the course, asking you to complete a second feedback survey based on your experiences of the course.
