Do you want to help Lymphoma Action be a voice for people affected by lymphoma, and to influence the decisions that affect them?

This is an exciting time to be at Lymphoma Action as we work to an ambitious plan to develop services and advocate for better treatment and care. We also want to raise the profile of lymphoma and be a voice for people affected by this form of blood cancer.

As Health Information Officer you will strengthen the clinical skills and knowledge of the Charity, working closely with colleagues to ensure we remain up to date, and can appropriately influence lymphoma treatment and care. We are looking for someone to manage our TrialsLink database of clinical trials, and to work with colleagues to lead on contributions to Health Technology Appraisals and other health policy matters.

To be successful you will be:

  • Experienced in reading, understanding and analysing health-related information
  • Able to communicate complex health-related information to lay audiences and capture the ‘patient voice’
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in medicine, nursing or other related health sciences
  • Confident to produce written information such as blogs, webpages and news articles

We have a great working culture that focuses on what we are here to do but also on being creative, supportive and having the right environment to be effective.

Lymphoma Action is the UK’s only charity dedicated to lymphoma, the UK’s fifth most common cancer. We’ve been providing expert information and wide-ranging support for more than 35 years, helping thousands of people affected by lymphoma.
