Volunteer emergency contacts

Share details of your emergency contacts should we need to get hold of someone in case of an emergency during your volunteering, particularly when you are lone volunteering. 

We recommended providing two emergency contacts but we understand this is not always possible. If you do wish to select two, make sure your main choice is the primary contact as this is who we will approach first.

How we store and process your information

We store and process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. Lymphoma Action will use the information you provided only in the case of an accident or emergency during your volunteering. This information will be deleted from your record as soon as your volunteering with the charity ends.
