Our helpline is to receive £2,500 after staff at Bristol’s Rowan Dartington successfully secured a grant to help support delivery of the service.

Chiara and her colleagues on the charity committee of the wealth management firm, which is part of St James’ Place, applied for the grant from the St James’ Place Foundation.

Chiara’s grandmother had lymphoma.

‘When I came across Lymphoma Action and its helpline, I thought how valuable it would’ve been for my grandmother, who was Italian and lived in Italy, to have accessed such support so it seemed fitting to raise funds for Lymphoma Action in her name.

‘We’re delighted our application was successful,’ said Chiara.

Sarah Thorn, our senior fundraising manager, said, ‘We’d like to thank Chiara and her colleagues for their generosity and support. The money raised will help us provide tailored information and emotional support to people affected by lymphoma.’
