An opportunity to thank all of our wonderful volunteers.

Today is International Volunteer Day, a chance to recognise volunteers globally who dedicate their time, skills and expertise in a world full of challenges. This year’s theme is the power of collective action, something we recognise in our organisation when looking at the support from our amazing volunteers. So far this year they have dedicated 3,813 hours of their time to support our work and have contributed to 803 activities to provide information and support to people affected by lymphoma. Today we are celebrating and thanking our volunteer community because we simply couldn’t reach as many people as we do without them.

Volunteers have been at the heart of Lymphoma Action since we were founded by a small group of volunteers over 35 years ago. Their support is invaluable in the delivery of our services and activities, with each and every one supporting us in our mission in making sure that together, no one faces lymphoma alone.

If you would like to join our volunteer community and make a difference to people affected by lymphoma, then please visit our Volunteering page for further information.
