“We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported us during another fantastic Blood Cancer Awareness Month” says Ropinder Gill, Chief Executive at Lymphoma Action. “We have heard some wonderful stories about how people have shown their support for people affected by lymphoma, from sponsored cycle rides, walks and bake sales as part of our 27 in 27 fundraising campaign, through to those who took part in our Bridges of Britain walk. We are also thankful to those who have shared their stories to raise awareness about the symptoms of lymphoma, and to encourage people to visit their GP if they have any concerns about their health. Every 27 minutes one of us is diagnosed with this type of blood cancer, but there are still many people who are not aware of it. From raising awareness in a local newspaper, through to sharing information on social media or even telling a friend about lymphoma, we are so grateful to our supporters for helping to raise the profile of lymphoma as the UK’s fifth most common cancer.”

Thank you for your support – together, we can make sure no one faces lymphoma alone.
