Join us for a challenge of your choice

Show your support this Blood Cancer Awareness Month by taking on a challenge - run, swim, zip, cycle or Tough Mudder for Team Lymphoma!

Gathering a team of friends, family or work colleagues for a challenge of your choosing is a fun way to raise awareness and funds to support people affected by lymphoma this September.

Whatever you choose to do, you'll be part of our mission to get everyone talking about lymphoma - the 5th most common cancer than many people have never heard of.

Please do get in touch to tell us your plans, and we'll send you a free Lymphoma Action t-shirt and fundraising pack.

London to Brighton Cycle

The London to Brighton Cycle is an iconic challenge - the 55 mile route starts in the capital, climbs to the top of the South Downs and finishes on Brighton’s seafront. This year it takes place on 15 September - World Lymphoma Awareness Day - so it's the perfect event for raising awareness.

Swim for lymphoma

If you're a keen swimmer - whether that's wild swimming, cold dips, or in the pool - challenge yourself to a distance or location while raising funds. Every stroke can help us make sure no one has to face lymphoma alone. Take on a swimming challenge your way, and wear your Lymphoma Action swimming hat with pride!
