The London to Brighton Cycle is an iconic challenge - the 55 mile route starts in the capital, climbs to the top of the South Downs and finishes on Brighton’s seafront. This year it takes place on 15 September - World Lymphoma Awareness Day - so it's the perfect event for raising awareness.

If you're a keen swimmer - whether that's wild swimming, cold dips, or in the pool - challenge yourself to a distance or location while raising funds. Every stroke can help us make sure no one has to face lymphoma alone. Take on a swimming challenge your way, and wear your Lymphoma Action swimming hat with pride!
Join us on 21 September for our incredible double zip challenge - choose between Team Laura in Wales taking on the fastest, or Team Amy in Kent tackling the longest in England. Opposite sides of the country on the same day, with one goal in mind: to raise much needed awareness and funds.
