Time to Talk Day 2022

Published on: 2 February 2022

Thursday 3 February is Time to Talk Day, a national day that aims to create supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends or colleagues about mental health and wellbeing.

Talk, listen, change lives

We know the importance of supporting people with their emotional wellbeing, as living with lymphoma can be challenging, not only for the person who has been diagnosed, but for their family and friends too. That is why we are here to provide emotional support to anyone, however they are affected by lymphoma. Our host of online support services aim to create a supportive community for those affected by the condition where they can share their experiences and offer mutual support.

Our Information and Support Team are also here to offer support whether you are concerned about symptoms of lymphoma, are new to lymphoma or have been living with the condition for a while. Maybe you would just like to talk things through with someone who understands, or are perhaps a carer, family member or friend of someone living with lymphoma and you are looking for ways to help, as well as support for yourself.

We are here for you, whatever your connection to lymphoma.
