Learn more about lymphoma

Published on: 21 August 2024

Our September Special Focus Support Meetings will explain what lymphoma is and how it is treated.

Talking lymphoma special focus meeting

In our September Special Focus Meetings we will be talking lymphoma

Join us online on either Thursday 12 September at 11.00am or Tuesday 24 September at 6.30pm to hear from Dr Emma Shelmerdine, Senior Medical Writer at Lymphoma Action who will provide an overview of what lymphoma is and how it is treated.

As well as providing the opportunity to learn more about lymphoma, the meeting will also offer the chance to meet others with similar experiences. With September being Blood Cancer Awareness Month, we also hope that people feel encouraged to have further conversations about lymphoma to raise further awareness about the condition.

Register now for our Special Focus Meetings: Talking Lymphoma.

Our daytime Special Focus Support Meetings are usually held on the second Thursday of the month between 11am and 12pm, and our evening meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Anyone affected by that particular lymphoma-related topic is welcome to attend. For further information on our full range of support meetings, please visit our Online Support Meetings page.
