Parent Mental Health Day, 2025
Published on: 30 January 2025The importance of parent and carer mental wellbeing.

In support of STEM4’s Parent Mental Health Day (PMHD) campaign, we’re encouraging parents and carers to consider the importance of their own mental and emotional wellbeing – this is equally important to that of young people’s wellbeing, and affects the family as a whole.
Parenting can bring various physical, practical and emotional challenges – particularly if you, your child, or someone else in your family has lymphoma. We’re here to support you, and we also have lots of information to help you live well.
In particular, you might be interested in the following resources:
- Relationships, family and caring
- Lymphoma in children and young people, which includes information about practicalities when a child has lymphoma
- Talking to your child if you have lymphoma
- Personal stories in relation to family and caring of others affected by lymphoma.
You can find out more about Parent Mental Health Day on the STEM4 website.
