Step out with us on Sunday 14 June for our flagship walking event, Bridges of London. This family-friendly event welcomes walkers of all ages and abilities. Together, we will cross eight iconic London bridges to show our support for people affected by lymphoma.

This year is even more special, as we celebrate 40 years of Lymphoma Action! We’ve got exciting things planned at our new finish venue and a special 40th anniversary medal for you to collect. It’s a day to come together - to remember loved ones, to raise awareness, and to show solidarity to those living with lymphoma.

Our supporters Phil and Nancy are taking part in Bridges of London for the second time:

“My wife, Nancy and I thoroughly enjoyed the Bridges of London walk last year” says Phil. “It gave me a real buzz seeing everyone in their Lymphoma Action T-shirts. What a day it was!”

“A lady stopped us asking what the walk was all about” he continues. “Her daughter had recently been diagnosed. She had not heard of Lymphoma Action so was really pleased to gain some information on the charity and the support it could provide. I told her about my diagnosis of DLBCL. This nearly brought her to tears hearing that I was diagnosed over 20 years ago. She could not wait to phone and tell her daughter of my story and timeline as she felt that would give her the same lift as it had done for her.”

“We are already signed up to the walk for this year” he adds. “We got so much from the event we did not want to miss this year’s walk for any reason. We have even worked our holidays so that we don’t miss it!”

If London is just too far then you can take on a bridge of your choice! You can still make a difference and be part of our amazing Bridges team in your local area. Walk your own route as part of Bridges of Britain and just try to cross at least one bridge!

Every step you take helps raise vital funds and awareness, ensuring that no one faces lymphoma alone. Register for your place today - we would love to welcome you to #TeamLymphoma!
