If you are feeling apprehensive or concerned about the change in the Government guidelines, you are not the only one. It’s natural to feel a little bit unsettled knowing that restrictions will be gradually lifting.

It’s important to find a method that helps you manage the feelings of anxiety that works for you. We talk to Joanna Dew, a life and wellbeing coach, to discuss tips to help you manage feelings of uncertainty at this time.

There is more detail about supporting you through feelings of uncertainty on our webpage. You can also read our advice on reducing your risk, including tips when seeing other people, returning to work and going outside. You may feel safer going outside when using our ‘Distance Aware’ badges as a reminder for people to social distance as much as possible.

If you’d like to talk about any concerns over the easing of lockdown and shielding, or anything else related to lymphoma, contact our Helpline Services on freephone 0808 808 5555, or via the Live Chat on our website, from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
