Join the Lymphoma Action lockdown 100 challenge and keep fit at home!

Staying active is important for our physical and mental health, so we have created the Lymphoma Action lockdown 100 challenge to encourage everyone to exercise either outside (during your daily exercise time, unless you are shielding), or in your home or garden. You could even get your whole household involved to see who can complete the challenge!

How does it work? It’s up to you! Simply ask your friends and family to sponsor you to do one of the following: 

  • Run 100 miles in 31 days  (that’s 3.2 miles a day!)
  • Cycle 100 miles in 31 days  
  • Commit to doing 100 repetitions of a certain exercise (star jumps, burpees, sit ups etc) every day for 31 days. 
  • Commit to doing 100 active minutes a day for 31 days - for instance you could combine 60 minutes of gardening, with 30 minutes of Pilates, and a 30 minute walk (don’t forget it could be a walk around your house!) 

You can set up a Facebook fundraiser (we have some handy tips here!), or a JustGiving page to make online donations really easy. (You can also link your JustGiving page to Strava.) You will also be helping us to raise vital funds to keep our services running as we support even more people affected by lymphoma than ever, through this worrying and anxious time.
