Introducing Lymphoma Essentials

We are delighted to announce the launch of Lymphoma Essentials, our new, free online programme covering the basics of lymphoma. The programme is specifically designed for healthcare professionals new to lymphoma care, or who would like to build on their knowledge in order to deliver high standards of care and support to individuals affected by this type of blood cancer. 

The course content includes presentations from leading subject matter experts, alongside insightful videos from people with a lived experience of lymphoma. As the programme is self-directed, you can learn at a pace that suits you, with the freedom to select the courses you wish to take and decide the order in which to complete them. Each course offers videos, downloadable materials, resources, and signposting. You will have access to a personal learner dashboard that tracks your training and saves your progress and you'll be able to download a certificate for each course you complete.

Currently, the programme covers the following topics, but we are looking forward to adding further topics to the course content as time goes on:

• what lymphoma is and how it develops
• the different types and symptoms
• how lymphoma is staged
• an overview of the approach to treating symptoms 

Whilst Lymphoma Essentials is a free online course, please note you will need to register to access the programme, which is hosted on an external online learning platform called Litmos.
