Live your Life workshops
Our Live your Life workshops are one-day events run in-person or online via Zoom, developed to support people at the end of lymphoma treatment or when on active monitoring.
Our workshops help you to connect with others in a similar situation, develop self-management strategies, and to find further local help and support. The workshop groups are small (up to 20 people) to encourage discussion and interaction throughout the day.
You are welcome to invite someone to join you - whether that's a friend or family member.
Please note that these workshops are only available to people living in the UK aged 16 years or over.

The workshops are based in different regions throughout the UK to allow us to provide relevant regional information to inform, support and connect you locally. It allows you to connect with others geographically close by who are going through a similar journey.
If you cannot see a workshop in your area, then you are encouraged to register to attend any of our on-line workshops. You will still have the opportunity to meet and interact with other attendees. However you may not benefit from any local support resource information which may be mentioned in the workshop.
The workshops are free to attend for attendees and we really hope that you can join us where you will receive a warm welcome*
In the event that we have to cancel a workshop, due to low numbers or circumstances outside our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.

I was anxious about spending a day talking and listening to information about lymphoma but I'm glad that I participated. Connecting with others with the same condition and sharing our experiences was helpful.

*Please note that hosting an in-person event costs Lymphoma Action money for the venue and catering for each person booking. On average, this costs us £30 per person and we would still incur the cost if you book, but do not attend on the day. If you book to attend a workshop, we understand that sometimes your plans can change. So, if you can no longer attend, we would be very grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible.
