Online services and support

Welcome to our online services and support.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are currently not running our usual face-to-face events. However, we have a wide range of online services and support to keep you connected with others affected by lymphoma.

Zoom

Join our online support meetings

Our online support meetings provide opportunities for people to share experiences and mutual support. They are hosted through Zoom, usually on a monthly basis, and last an hour.

If you would like to join one of the online support meetings, please visit our Online support meetings page to find out more.

During these uncertain times it has been very helpful to talk to others online who are facing the same challenges.

Attend a Live your Life self-management workshop

Our self-management workshops are designed for people who have finished treatment or are on active monitoring ('watch and wait'). They aim to help you to take control, improve your wellbeing and quality of life. The workshops are run as one-day, interactive online workshops.

Before, I felt apprehensive, worried and concerned about meeting other people outside of routine hospital appointments. Within minutes of arriving at the workshop I felt reassured by the relaxed atmosphere. Everyone engaged with one another and shared their experiences of lymphoma.
