The workshops are relaxed and informal, giving you the opportunity to share your experiences, meet others in a similar situation and find further local help and support.
You are welcome to bring a family member, friend or partner with you and we will provide lunch on the day, so booking is essential.

- What is lymphoma and the signs of relapse
- Coping with the emotional aspects
- Diet, exercise and healthy living after treatment
- Signposting for more information and support
Lymphoma Action Staff, the volunteer facilitators and the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) will take a COVID test on the morning prior to attending the workshop and will only attend with a negative test. For the welfare of other attendees, we also encourage you to carry out a lateral flow COVID test. Workshop surfaces will be sanitised before your arrival and hand sanitisers will be available.
Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be provided. All refreshments will be pre-packed and individually wrapped where possible.
We will call you a couple of days before the workshop just to check you are still able to attend.
In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel the workshop, will will let you know as soon as possible.
