It’s a journey you won’t forget; starting with a training regime some months beforehand, through to the excitement at the start line, and eventually, with weary limbs and the Brighton coast in view, celebration and an overwhelming sense of achievement.
With good preparation, a focussed training plan and on-event support, the challenge is an achievable goal no matter what your fitness and experience at the outset. Many will have a target time of 24 hours for the 100km, with day and night time sections, but you can go at your own pace.
