The Lymphoma Action team and a panel of expert speakers are coming to London for our biggest event of the year.
Here are 5 reasons why you should join us:

1. You’ll have a valuable opportunity to meet and share experiences with other people who have experienced lymphoma.

2. Nurse-led sessions will break down barriers by linking you directly with lymphoma nurses and peers for face-to-face support.

3. Haematologists and oncologists will host parallel sessions, specifically on Hodgkin, low-grade, and high-grade lymphomas, giving you a perfect chance to ask your questions!

4. We’ll focus on emotional wellbeing for everyone – including family, friends and carers, because we all need to look after ourselves.

5. You’ll leave our lifestyle sessions feeling empowered to live well, eat well and move more!

The speakers at Lymphoma Action’s National Conference are always fascinating – and it’s such a lovely feeling to walk into a room where hundreds of people just ‘get it’.  They understand the very specific challenges that come with a lymphoma diagnosis

I can walk into a room where literally hundreds of people know exactly what I mean. It’s uplifting, inspiring – and there’s a real sense of camaraderie, because although attendees might have different types of lymphoma, they can all understand the mental challenges that certain aspects of the condition bring

Getting to County Hall

County Hall is situated on the Southbank of the Thames, next to the London Eye with views over The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.

Waterloo and Westminster stations are the closest underground stations - both a pleasant 5 minute walk away. You can download our map and directions to find County Hall by tube, bus, river or bike.

The entrance you'll need is on Belvedere Road – please note this IS NOT on the river side of the building. Belvedere Road runs parallel to the river at the rear of the building. The door you'll need to the venue is situated in the middle of the building, half way down Belvedere Road opposite Forum Magnum Square.

One of the challenges posed by lymphoma is that early symptoms can be vague and easily confused with other conditions. Attending the Lymphoma Action conference and hearing about advances gives you hope for the future; that outcomes will improve for people living with lymphoma
