Published on: 10 December 2020

The UK’s COVID-19 vaccination programme has now started following the UK approval of the first COVID-19 vaccine on the 2 December. The government recommends that people who are at higher risks of becoming seriously ill due to COVID-19 should have the vaccine when it is offered to them, which includes people affected by lymphoma.

Until more information is known on whether vaccinations prevent the transmission of COVID-19, it is important that people follow the latest Government guidance in preventing the spread of the virus.
