To help us make sure that no one has to face lymphoma alone, pick your own fitness challenge around the number 53 and keep motivated throughout January by knowing you are making a difference.
Just find the challenge that is right for you and then ask your friends or family to sponsor you. It doesn't matter if you're a fitness fanatic, a total beginner, or somewhere in between - there's something for everyone!
- Shake it off - walk, run or cycle for 53 miles
- Stretch out - complete 53 minutes of exercise every day
- Step up - take 53,000 extra steps during the month
- Set the pace - pick a day in January to complete a 5.3K walk or run
