Celebrate the New Year and our 35th Anniversary. Take up a new challenge. Motivate yourself to keep active and help raise vital funds and together we can make sure no one has to face lymphoma alone.
How does it work? It is up to you! Simply ask your friends or family to sponsor you to do one of the following:
Challenge yourself to 35 miles - get sponsored to walk, run or cycle 35 miles during January. You can either spread it out throughout the month or challenge yourself to completing the whole distance in one go.
Exercise for 35 minutes a day - for instance you could combine 20 minutes of gardening with a 15 minute walk - don't forget this could be a walk around your house

How to get sponsored
Set up an online fundraising page where your friends and family can sponsor you - our recommended partner for this event is GivePenny (as it's integrated with Strava, Fitbit and Runkeeper so that you can track your activity, and integrated with Spotify so that you can ask your friends for donations in exchange for adding a song to your training playlist) but you can of course use JustGiving, Virgin Money Giving, or set up a Facebook fundraiser if you prefer. You will also be helping us to raise vital funds to keep our services running as we support even more people affected by lymphoma than ever.
