Helplines Awareness Day 2025
Published on: 21 February 2025Celebrating the impact of helplines on those they support.

Sunday 23 February is Helplines Awareness Day, launched by the Helplines Partnership to highlight the invaluable work of helpline services.
This year, the campaign is celebrating The Power of Helplines, and with this in mind we wanted to share the top five impacts of our Helpline Services in 2024. Last year, our Helpline Services team supported 1,281 interactions via phone, email and Live Chat. Here are the top five impacts, whereby individuals:
- felt grateful for the contact
- found the interaction helpful
- were able to safely express their emotions
- felt that they had a plan of action due to the interaction
- felt that they were given time to talk.
This call has been absolutely brilliant; your words have been so reassuring.
Our Helpline Services team can be contacted by phone, Live Chat or email and offers trusted information about lymphoma , including symptoms of the condition and how it might be affecting you, treatments and living with lymphoma. They can also offer emotional support to people who have received a lymphoma diagnosis themselves or to family members, friends or carers supporting someone living with the condition. Don’t forget, you can also talk to us in a number of languages through our helpline interpreting service if you would like to speak to us in a language other than English.
However you are affected by lymphoma, we are here to support you.
