We're supporting Health Information Week as we believe high quality health information empowers people affected by lymphoma.

Today marks the start of Health Information Week 2019, which runs this year from 1 July to 7 July 2019. The campaign aims to promote high quality health information to help improve people’s quality of life. The week is separated into themes of health information, which range from healthy lifestyle and mental wellbeing, to long term conditions and people’s personal stories.

At Lymphoma Action, we always value feedback on our health information – it’s what helps us improve and make our information more useful for everyone affected by lymphoma. If you have any comments or feedback on any of our booklets or webpages, please get in touch.

We believe that high quality health information empowers people affected by lymphoma to have a voice. This might be in explaining what lymphoma is to others and spreading awareness, making active decisions about treatment, or being able to talk about their own experiences to help others who might be in a similar situation.

All of our health information is researched and written by experienced medical writers. It is then sent out to be reviewed by experts in the field, and by people who are affected by lymphoma. This means our health information is up-to-date and evidence-based, but also written in plain English and easy to understand.

You can view and download our range of health information booklets and information sheets and order any online from our shop, free of charge. You can also visit the health information pages on our website in the About lymphoma and Types of lymphoma sections.
