Make every mile count cycling challenge
Join Team Lymphoma for our virtual cycling challenge this May and make every mile count to help us make sure no one has to face lymphoma alone!

We would love you join us and help celebrate our 35th Anniversary by cycling 35 miles over a weekend in May. You can choose whichever weekend suits you and either cycle 35 miles in one day or split the distance over 2 days. Join the cycling revolution. We will send you a medal on proof of completing 35 miles.
Getting active on your bike can help you to:

- Look after your blood pressure and heart health
- Achieve and maintain a healthy weight

How to get sponsored
Set up an online fundraising page where your friends and family can sponsor you - our recommended partner for this event is GivePenny as it's integrated with Strava, Fitbit and Runkeeper so that you can track your activity.
Make a splash on social media, and don't forget to tag us if you do post - we're Lymphoma Action on Facebook, @LymphomaAction on Twitter and @Lymphoma_Action on Instagram. You can also use #TeamLymphoma.
We will be here to support you all the way so please don’t hesitate get in touch and receive your fundraising pack at fundraising@lymphoma-action.org.uk.
You are no longer just going for cycle ride, you are helping to support anyone affected by lymphoma:
£35 could pay for us to produce and distribute two packs of award-winning information booklets to someone newly diagnosed with lymphoma to give them a better understanding of their disease and of the support available.
£35 would pay for an hour of our helpline service which is free to anyone living in the UK
