Walton Support Group

Due to the situation with coronavirus, we are currently not running our face-to-face support groups.

However, we have launched a new UK-wide Facebook group, which anyone who already attends or is looking for a support group is very welcome to join.  You can search for ‘Lymphoma Action Support UK’ on Facebook and click ‘join’.

We are also offering online support meetings.  If you are already registered with one of our support groups, you will automatically be offered a place.  If you don't currently attend a support group but would like to join an online meeting, please visit our general Support Groups page.

About our group

The Walton Support Group launched in January 2020. As well as meeting others with similar experiences of blood cancer who you can chat to, we will have invited speakers who bring a variety of information and add to discussions. Friends and family are welcome to come to the group too.

How we support you

We appreciate that a diagnosis of lymphoma can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it can be helpful to reach out for support. We have many different services and ways in which we offer you support, whether you have lymphoma yourself or you know someone who has. Support groups are a place where you can meet other people affected by lymphoma, share your experiences and receive information in a mutually supportive environment.

Whether you are new to lymphoma or you have been living with the condition for a while, you may have questions or concerns, or maybe you'd just like to talk things through with someone who understands. You can contact our helpline services between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, via phone, email and Live Chat.
