Digital Engagement Officer

A key role in our Communications team, focusing on social media and e-newsletters to promote our services and engage with people affected by lymphoma

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working between head office and home
  • Fixed-term, 12-month contract
  • Full time hours (35 hours per week)

Are you looking for a new challenge, in a role that is rewarding, varied and critical to the success of a national charity? We’re looking for a resourceful Digital Engagement Officer to cover the maternity leave of our current Officer and to work in a small and highly dedicated team. You'll deliver the day-to-day running of our social media channels and email marketing campaigns, to engage our audiences, promote our activities and generate income. 

This is the perfect role for someone who has: 

  • Experience of working and/or volunteering in a digital or communications role.
  • Good understanding of how social media is used by an organisation, with experience of using different platforms.
  • Experience of creating digital content appropriate for different channels, such as websites, emails and various social media platforms.
  • Creative ability and excellent written communication skills to produce engaging digital content using a variety of formats.
