Permitted use and reproduction of Lymphoma Action materials

This protocol details how to make a request to use information resources that are the intellectual property of Lymphoma Action. 

Our information resources are the intellectual property of Lymphoma Action and may not be reproduced, transmitted or translated without permission. However, on some occasions, and in accordance with this protocol, we may allow information (which includes text, illustrations, graphics, videos, animations and podcasts) to be used by individuals or other organisations. 

Making a request to Lymphoma Action to reproduce information

To make a request to reproduce any Lymphoma Action information, email publications@lymphoma-action.org.uk or write to Lymphoma Action, Unit 3 Bell Business Park, Smeaton Close, Aylesbury, Buck HP19 8JR, United Kingdom. 

When seeking permission to reproduce our information make it clear precisely what information you want to reproduce. Please note: we do not allow reproduction of personal stories or photographs.

If it is granted, consent will be in writing and will outline any conditions of approval, which will include a credit to Lymphoma Action and information about the date it was produced. 

No material may be reproduced or transmitted without prior written consent.

About our information resources

Lymphoma Action produce information that is evidence-based, approved by experts and reviewed by users. We have been awarded the PIF TICK – the UK’s only assessed quality mark for printed and online health and care information. Our information is available on our website and in hard copy.

It has been developed for people living and receiving treatment in the UK and is provided for general information only and primarily for personal and educational use.
