Jump into January 2022

Shake off the New Year blues and Jump into January with us!

Join Team Lymphoma and take on a challenge in 2022 to make a difference 💜

Jump into January

Did you know 53 people are diagnosed with lymphoma every day?

To help us make sure that no one has to face lymphoma alone, pick your own fitness challenge around the number 53 and keep motivated throughout January by knowing you are making a difference.

Just find the challenge that is right for you and then ask your friends or family to sponsor you. It doesn't matter if you're a fitness fanatic, a total beginner, or somewhere in between - there's something for everyone!

  • Shake it off - walk, run or cycle for 53 miles
  • Stretch out - complete 53 minutes of exercise every day
  • Step up - take 53,000 extra steps during the month
  • Set the pace - pick a day in January to complete a 5.3K walk or run

Our recommended partner for this event is GivePenny as it's integrated with Strava, Fitbit and Runkeeper so you can track your activity - join the campaign here.

Looking for a challenge to train for in 2022?

Take a look at our walks, runs and cycles - we'd be proud to have you represent Team Lymphoma at one of these exciting events around the county.

We'll share tips and advice to help you with your training and fundraising, and you can of course wear our branded gear with pride on race day!

How about jumping out of a plane?

If you want to tick a parachute jump off your list, here’s your chance! We’re looking for adventurous volunteers to take part in one of our special Skydive Days on 4 June at Maidstone Airfield or 18 June at Lancaster Airfield.

Dad and I have always wanted to do a skydive, it was definitely on our bucket list.
We never imagined we would raise so much money, it was wonderful to see everyone’s donations coming in.
I will never forget that feeling of jumping from a plane! Dad and I both agree that it was an absolutely amazing experience.
